How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy and free! Click the "Sign me up" button, fill in your details, and we'll give you access to your own personal fundraising page and dashboard.

Can I create a team?

Yes! Create a team while signing up, or later from your fundraising dashboard.

How do I update my details?

If you're logged in, you can update your contact details and password from My Account in your personal page.

What’s a fundraising dashboard?

Your fundraising dashboard is the backend of your fundraising page. Visit there to post updates, thank your donors, record your exercise activity, update your details and see how your fundraising campaign is tracking!

How do I bank cash donations?

If you have received a cash donation that you need to add to your online fundraising page you have 2 options:

  1. Take the cash into your local Cancer Society and they will bank it and add the donation to your fundraising page.
  2. Bank the money into our Cancer Society Canterbury-West Coast bank account number: 06 0801 0325606 00 including your name and the reference “sftm”. Please email us at fundraising@cancercwc.org.nz to let us know that you have made a deposit so that we can add this to your fundraising page.

How do I receipt a donor?

Online donors will automatically receive a tax receipt via email, you don’t need to do a thing. If you receive an offline donation, write down their name, email address and the amount donated and pass this on to the Cancer Society with the money you received. We will send the donor a receipt.
